Today, Berlin is not only the capital city and heart of Germany, it’s also one of the major cities in Europe. Driving business, guiding policies, a hip culture scene and a nightlife second to no other, Berlin has got it all. The Historic Icons…

  • The Berlin Wall – Once a symbol of oppression and divide, this formerly infamous wall has become a symbol of modern freedom. Kilometers of graffiti-covered wall, with many attractions along the way, this is one of Berlin’s main tourist attractions – and rightfully so! Checkpoint Charlie is a stop along the wall that you won’t want to miss.
  • The Reichstag – Once home to the German Empire’s government, this palace is one Berlin’s great icons and a must-see for every tourist. With a rooftop restaurant, magnificent halls and a terrace with a view…this palace is the perfect mix of historic beauty with a modern touch!
  • Brandenburg Gate – One of the most symbolic icons in Berlin, this magnificent gate was inspired by the Acropolis in Athens. Many important visitors have strolled through the columns of this massive gate, as many consider it a symbol as powerful as Arc de Triomphe in Paris.
  • Museum Island – A small island in the Spree River, Museum Island is home to some of Berlin’s oldest and best museums. If you’re looking for a day of culture and history, or simply want to see some of the wonders of Old Berlin, this island is your destination…
  • The Gendarmenmarkt – One of the City’s largest squares, the Gendarmenmarkt is surrounded by three of Berlin’s major icons. The French Cathedral, The Berlin Cathedral and the Konzerthaus (Berlin’s most important theatre) all call this square home. Obviously, you’re not missing out on this trifecta…

Culture, Nightlife and lot’s of shopping…

  • Alexanderplatz – Once home to one million anti-government protesters, demanding to tear down a wall, this city square in one of the most visited in Berlin. Connecting to all the city’s public transportation and surrounded by some of the best shops and restaurants, there’s simply no way you can visit Berlin and pass on this major city square.
  • Berghain – Some people live for this. Some people will visit once and never visit again. Parties that start on Thursday and end on Monday afternoon, this is Berghain. The biggest club in Berlin and one of the most famous in the world, this nightclub is home to some of the most openly-sexual, free-spirited, eccentric and weirdly coolest people you’ll ever meet. There ain’t no party like a Berghain party!
  • Alexa – 56,000 square meters. 180 shops. 17 restaurants. Walking distance from Alexanderplatz. Prepare your wallet and make some room in your luggage, it’s time to shop! This is one of the best malls in Europe, and a Berlin getaway has got to include some shopping to take advantage of Berlin’s great deals and cheap prices…
  • Osthafen – Formerly an industrial port, this area has become one of the hottest spots in Berlin. With the Spree River in the background and rooftop parties coloring the dark night’s sky, don’t miss out on the fun! The night is young and we’re ready for a good time…
